The School Committee has agreed to the WEA鈥檚 following proposed language in the Unit C contract: 鈥渁fter the completion of an initial 90-day probationary period, no employee shall be disciplined or dismissed during the current school year without just cause.鈥 (All Unit C members are still subject to appointment on an annual basis.)
